Of your charity, please pray for the repose of the soul of Fr Sean Turley, Retired Priest, resident of the Archdiocese of Birmingham, who died on Monday 20 November 2023 aged 83.

Fr Turley's body will be received into St Michael and St James RC Church, Main Road, Haunton, Staffordshire, on Monday 18 December at 4.30pm, followed by the celebration of Holy Mass.

His Funeral Mass will be held at 12noon on Tuesday 19 December, at which Archbishop Bernard Longley will preside.

Fr Sean came to the UK as Chaplain to the USAF and remained in the UK after leaving the services in 1995. He then served in the parish of St Michael & St James, Haunton, for the Archdiocese of Birmingham until his retirement in 2018. 

We pray for Fr Sean’s family, friends, his former parishioners and all who mourn him. 

May he Rest in Peace.
