Lead Trustee and Chair of Harvington Hall Management Committee The Trustees of the Birmingham Diocesan Trust are seeking to appoint a skilled and committed Catholic volunteer to serve as Lead Trustee for Harvington Hall and Chair of the Harvington Hall Management Committee. This is a unique stewardship role, providing strategic oversight for one of the most important Catholic heritage sites in England and supporting the Archdiocese in ensuring that Harvington Hall flourishes as a place of pilgrimage, heritage conservation, education, community engagement and visitor enjoyment. The Harvington Hall Management Committee exists to advise, scrutinise and report to the Board of Trustees on all matters relating to Harvington Hall. We are looking for a Chair to lead and inspire who brings: Experience of operating at a strategic leadership level A strong understanding of governance and risk management Experience gained in one or more of the following areas: o Heritage or conservationo Tourism and visitor attractionso Educationo Property or facilities managemento Marketing and communicationso Charity leadershipo Finance or business management A commitment to supporting the Church's mission and who shares our values and vision as well as our passion and commitment to those we serve.
