Please pray for the repose of the soul of Fr Anthony De Vere who died on Monday 2 January 2023, aged 91.

Fr Anthony was ordained on 26 February 2000 and was appointed to the Parish of Corpus Christi, Headington, Oxford. He continued to live and minister there, as well as offering support to neighbouring parishes, for as long as he was able.

We pray for Fr Anthony’s family, his friends, his former parishioners and all who mourn him. May he rest in peace.

Reception of the body and Mass will take place at Corpus Christi Church, Margaret Road, Headington, Oxford, on Thursday 12 January 2023 at 7pm.

The Funeral Mass will take place at Corpus Christi, Headington, on Friday 13 January at 1pm.
