Archbishop Bernard Longley has given his Easter Message from St Chad's Cathedral, the Diocesan Mother Church, following the celebration of the Easter Triduum.

His Grace discusses the Easter season and how we think very much of members of our own communities, but also communities elsewhere who are struggling and finding life challenging and difficult.

Praying particularly for the people of Turkey and Syria following the recent earthquakes, and those who continue to go through their own Good Friday in Ukraine.

As we move into the coming weeks let us pray to the Holy Spirit as we seek to put in place our Vision for the Archdiocese.

Wishing all a happy and blessed Easter.
