Bishop Robert Byrne was a guest at Saint Ambrose's, Kidderminster, for a visitation weekend last month.

He met with representatives from the main areas of Parish life in the Adams Lounge - Finance, School, Safeguarding, and also representatives from Parish groups and associations.

Bishop Byrne also attended the annual dinner of the Catholic Men's Society.

The Bishop offered three masses over the Sunday (18th November). During the 11am mass, Confirmation Candidates made the commitment to service in the Parish. Each child read out how they would be doing this.

As part of his visit Bishop Byrne also presented Sylvia and Leo Kealey with the Diocesan Ubi Caritas award, for their services to the Church over many years.
