We are delighted that Monsignor John Armitage, Rector of the Catholic Shrine at Walsingham, will be welcoming Birmingham Archdiocese pilgrims to the Walsingham Shrine Mass on Saturday 9th May at 12 noon.

The annual Diocesan pilgrimage to Walsingham was scheduled for that day, and although we cannot make it in person, we can all attend the Mass at Walsingham from home instead.

The Mass will include a message from Archbishop Bernard Longley, and we hope that you will send in any prayer petitions, which will be given to Mgr John for presentation during the Mass on Saturday 9th.

There is a daily pilgrim ‘programme’ in which Archdiocese of Birmingham pilgrims are invited to participate:

08:30: Morning Prayer

11:05: Rosary

12:00: Holy Mass

15:00: Divine Mercy Chaplet

17:00: Vespers

18:00: Evening Holy Mass

20:00: Compline and Meditation

21:00: All Night Exposition

All of these events will be live streamed from Walsingham.

Prayer petitions will be given to Mgr John to present at the Saturday Mass at 12 noon.
