Church of England Birmingham and the CVTA (Churches Visitor & Tourism Association) will be presenting a Midlands Regional Church Tourism Conference on Tuesday 11 May 2021.

Titled 'Aspects of Welcome' the conference will look at how parish churches (including chapels, meeting houses etc) can make the most of the opportunities presented by visitors and tourists in terms of mission, sustainability and wider community outcomes.

The line-up of speakers confirmed so far includes Canon John Brown (CVTA), Rev Steve Pierce (Diocese of Liverpool) and Sarah Crossland (National Churches Trust).

Tickets (including lunch) will be £30 for the day, with a £10 discount for CVTA members.
